Post Brexit Contractual Issues
Advised a Finnish law firm on post-Brexit contractual issues where the parties were based in two different countries and there was no chosen law, and issues relating to the service out of the jurisdiction of English proceedings and enforcement of English Court judgements.

Acted on numerous cross-border acquisitions for clients throughout Europe and in Australia
International Arbitration Dispute
Acted for a Middle Eastern offshore contractor under American management, in relation to an international arbitration dispute heard at the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). Our client claimed substantial damages resulting from breach of contract by an oil company, including the installation of sub-sea pipelines and platform work in the Caspian Sea.
