Technology and Innovation
Supporting innovative businesses to develop and grow
Technology innovation is accelerating and bright minds are developing exciting new, products and services.
But bringing new technology to market and selling or licensing innovative products or services to multi-national organisations, can be challenging – from protracted contract negotiations and expensive legal costs, to navigating the legal hurdles to selling internationally.
It does not matter how big or small your business is. What matters is having the ambition, energy and organisation to make them a reality. We can help you to achieve your goals, on as flexible a basis as you need.
With a team of experienced technology and innovation specialists who have worked as in-house lawyers in the world’s largest IT suppliers and in international law firms, Jurit has the expertise to solve these issues with you and take your business to the next level.
Our people, your team
All lawyers can advise on the law, but it takes a special kind of lawyer to understand you and your business and support you to be successful in a commercial environment.
Our lawyers have extensive experience acting for or working in-house in over 50 countries, for some of the world’s leading global technology companies.
We also work for and with the Government and its security agencies and can support you in very practical ways with selling your idea, product, or service into these highly regulated environments.
In short, we know the technology, speak your language, and will grasp your technology quickly, to support the development and growth of your business, anticipating potential commercial and legal risks before they have chance to arise.

Advising founders (one ex Amazon and the other a Swiss technologist) on the terms for operation of an online marketplace as it evolves as a business. Opply acts for brands without their own logistics department acquiring raw materials and provides a marketplace for suppliers to bid for supplying goods to the brands. The current focus is on the UK but there are plans for expansion. We also advised on procedures for avoiding VAT fraud in the supply chain and on data protection.
Comix Limited
We provide a general counsel service to Comix and work closely with its founder, Harry Bird. We advise on agreements for the provision of services and creative content for videos used by some of the leading DJs. Deals have included Avicii, Alesso, and Kygo.
