Jurit was appointed by digital supply chain disrupter Opply, to provide expert legal counsel to support the launch of its online platform.
The digital start-up was set up by consumer goods, marketing, supply and manufacturing experts, Helen Murphy and Martin Postel. Together, they had a vision to create a digital supply chain for food and beverage brands globally, making it easier for brands to source ingredients using an online marketplace.
Following an initial round of funding to get Opply up and running, Jurit was recommended to support the business in drafting the terms of business necessary for it to operate online with the necessary legal protections in place.
