Partner Recruitment
The world of work is changing – and there are few sectors where that change is more prevalent than legal services.
Clients’ businesses are changing too. Some have been directly affected by the ravaging effects of COVID-19, others have been caught up in the aftermath of economic damage. Many of our clients have had to change the way that they do business or, more fundamentally, what they do. Alongside all this, the emergency has caused many to re-think their approach to work and working life. The way in which everyone here at Jurit works means that we have been able to take the business effects of 2020 and 2021 in our stride.
To find out more, read our brochure. The simplest way to start a conversation with us is to contact any member of our team (if you already know one of us, or, if you are unsure who is best to speak to, contact our HR Manager Lyn Cleaver via email or phone.
We’ve all worked at home (or anywhere else we choose), ever since we set up the firm in 2013. Our systems, our client management, our support, everything we do – it’s all founded on the basis of virtual working.
That’s only one part of who we are though. We have two vital ingredients to our success – an outstanding team of people and an approach to teamwork that sets us apart. Everyone in the firm is an experienced and senior professional. We have team members with long careers in private practice, colleagues who have worked in some of the most exacting in house roles in Europe and a support team that’s second to none.
We are looking to grow because we know that success breeds success. We want to be joined by people who are attracted by the freedom that we can offer, enjoy building their own practice and work collaboratively. If all this sounds like a firm that you would like to be part of, any one of the team would be happy to talk to you about what it’s like to be part of Jurit. Give us a ring and let’s have a (virtual) coffee; we’d love to tell you more about the firm we are building and answer every question you might want to ask us.
