About Adrian

He has worked in the City since 1998 where he trained at a Magic Circle firm and worked for a Top 10 UK firm for many years before joining Jurit to establish our Employment practice.

He is experienced in providing strategic risk management advice to employers, providing practical and commercial advice on resolving workplace and boardroom disputes with commercial and client-focused solutions, as well as conducting complex employment law disputes for senior executives.

Adrian specialises in Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (TUPE) and business restructuring and advises on restrictive covenants and team moves.

Throughout his career, Adrian has been involved in major corporate transactions. As a leading adviser on TUPE he has managed outsourcing transactions in the financial services and technology sectors, and worked with the Employment Lawyers Association on a response to the Government’s consultation on TUPE reform.

Adrian has also worked with the Employment Lawyers Association’s Legislative and Policy Committee, responding to Government consultations on legal reform. He has also advised government entities in the Middle East on employment law reforms, and co-ordinates advice on multi-jurisdictional projects.

To support the invaluable service performed by the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, Adrian also provides pro bono employment law advice to the charity.
